I think what you are looking for is called a button melodica, which can be played two handed without using a long air tube. You can get it from Amazon or possibly Thomann.

Yeah, I looked on eBay.. they only have the piano ones with the extendable mouthpieces, I wanted to find the ones the looked different, like the person has in tetris melodica or on the Tequila video.
